We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours and generally sooner – except at weekends when we take a break ourselves.

We NEVER share your details with anyone and only write to you in response to your inquiry or tour. That’s a promise.

When you decide to go ahead, we’ll ask for a small deposit (generally 15%). At that stage, we arrange all of the services in your itinerary – hotels, cruises, activities, trains, planes and everything else.

Nearer to your date of travel, we’ll request for the balance to be paid. This can be done using a number of methods – including secure online and bank transfer. The choice is yours.

If it’s not for you – we won’t hassle you or bombard your inbox forever. We only use the information you provide us to create your tour – nothing else.
